At Proline Soccer Academy, the mission is to help passionate young players move closer to serious football — through discipline, elite training habits, and the right opportunities at the right time.

Talent alone is not enough. Players need structure, standards, feedback, and an environment that teaches them how to compete with confidence. Proline is built to bridge the gap between local soccer and the expectations players face in professional, European, and scholarship pathways.

The goal is not only to develop stronger footballers, but stronger people: players who carry leadership, respect, resilience, and professionalism on and off the pitch.

Training is designed to prepare players for more than another season. It builds the qualities demanded at higher levels — confidence on the ball, game IQ, speed of play, physical preparation, mental resilience, and the professionalism to show up ready every session.

Umar Shamaka.

Umar Shamaka founded Proline Soccer Academy with a clear vision: to create a professional pathway for talented youth players and give them opportunities to showcase their ability locally and abroad.

His leadership is rooted in professionalism, discipline, technical mastery, and a belief that serious players need a serious environment around them. By building a strong coaching and management team, Umar helps ensure families experience clear standards from the first tryout onward.

Under his direction, Proline is positioned as more than an academy — it is a stepping stone for ambitious players who want to pursue higher levels of football, including opportunities in Europe.
