
Rodolfo brings over a decade of elite-level coaching and leadership within both club and national team environments. Beginning his coaching path in El Salvador after a playing career in the country’s reserve and second divisions, he transitioned seamlessly into high-impact roles—including Youth Division Coordinator and U16 Head Coach at Club Deportivo FAS. He later served as Sports Director and Reserve Team Head Coach at Club Deportivo Águila, leading teams to national finals and championships. At Santa Tecla FC, as Assistant Coach of the Senior Team, he contributed to multiple title wins in both league and cup competitions. As Head Coach of El Salvador’s U23 national team, he guided them through the Olympic qualification process for Tokyo 2020.
Rodolfo holds a Business Administration degree and has continuously expanded his expertise with advanced coaching credentials, such as a Level 3 (Class A) Coaching License and specialized tactical training from FC Barcelona’s coaching program. Most recently, he completed a master’s-level course in Defensive Tactical Work in Mexico, and Goalkeeper-specific certifications in Spain. Since moving to Canada in 2022, he has taken leadership of local programs—including the League1 Alberta BTB Women’s Team, youth age groups at Forza FC… —bringing his global insights to develop players holistically and strategically.
Prince Rajcomar joins Pro-line Soccer Academy as Program Director, bringing with him 18 years of professional football experience. His career highlights include playing in the U23 World Cup in 2005 alongside Lionel Messi and competing against Cristiano Ronaldo in World Cup qualifiers. Currently part of Fortuna Sittard’s U19 Academy coaching staff, Prince is set to transform our programs to align with elite European standards and oversee the holistic development of our players. While he continues his coaching role at Fortuna Sittard, he will also work closely with Pro-line to ensure our players receive the same level of training and structure found in Europe. Though based overseas, Prince will visit frequently to scout, mentor, and guide our most talented players, solidifying the academy’s vision of creating pathways to professional football.


With experience in sports management and customer service, Mo ensures that Pro-line Soccer Academy operates with professionalism and efficiency. He oversees daily operations, manages programs, and fosters strong connections with players and families. Known for his organizational skills and approachable leadership style, Mo creates an environment where athletes and parents feel fully supported. His expertise in streamlining processes and enhancing communication allows the academy to focus on its core mission: developing highly skilled players. Mo’s dedication to excellence has been instrumental in shaping Pro-line’s reputation in Edmonton.
Umar Shamaka founded Pro-line Soccer Academy with a clear vision: to create a professional pathway for talented youth players and give them opportunities to showcase their skills in Europe. His passion for soccer development stems from years of experience in the sport and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels. Umar emphasizes professionalism, discipline, and technical mastery as the foundation of the academy’s programs. By surrounding the academy with experienced coaches and a strong management team, he ensures that every player receives top-quality training and mentorship. His leadership has positioned Pro-line as more than just an academy — it is a stepping stone for ambitious players who aspire to play professionally, both locally and abroad in Europe.
