Meet Viktor - Program Director & Head Coach
With a dynamic blend of over 20 years of playing experience across youth, semi-pro, and professional levels, Viktor Pulo brings unparalleled expertise and passion to Pro-line Soccer Academy. Viktor’s illustrious playing career includes four years with Panathinaikos F.C. in Greece, along with professional stints in other countries, giving him a deep understanding of the global soccer landscape.
As a forward-thinking coach with seven years of coaching experience, Viktor has a proven track record of leading teams to success by focusing on the holistic development of players. Currently serving as Head Coach for St. Albert Impact’s U17 and U14-U15 teams, and as an Assistant Coach for the League 1 AB Men’s Team, Viktor is deeply committed to nurturing talent and guiding players to reach their full potential.
Viktor’s dedication to excellence is further demonstrated by his extensive list of licenses and certifications, including the CONCACAF A and B Diplomas, and numerous other specialized training programs. His efforts have earned him and his teams multiple accolades, such as being finalists in the 2023 U17 Nationals and the 2022 U17 Nationals, as well as winning the 2023 and 2022 U17 Provincial titles.
Known for his strong interpersonal skills and his ability to provide positive, constructive feedback, Viktor is not just a coach but a mentor who is committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for his players. His leadership and expertise are instrumental in shaping the future stars of soccer.

With over five years of experience in management and customer service within the sports industry, Mo brings a wealth of expertise to Pro-line Soccer Academy.
